About our school
North Elementary is a community who strives to empower every student with a sense of accomplishment and achievement by preparing students for a lifetime of learning and curiosity. We are committed to creating a culture of learning which is inviting, challenging, and authentic.
Additionally, our staff not only focuses on implementing a rigorous instructional program which is aligned to the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) but also provides a curriculum which focuses on life skills that covers communicating effectively, making informed decisions, resolving conflicts, and more. We recognize the importance of life skills in meeting everyday challenges.
To transform our school, administration and staff are dedicated to participating in their own continuous learning and improvement which includes instructional coaching, collaboration, reflection, and professional development. Our goal is to never stop learning so that our students achieve the highest level of success both in and out of school.
